General Terms of Service for Accessing the Eventi.news Portal

Scope of Application of the General Terms of Service

These General Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "General Terms") govern the access to the EVENTI.NEWS portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal" or "Website"), provided to users by BRAIN X CORP srl. (hereinafter referred to as "BRAIN X CORP srl." or the "Agency").

The Services offered by BRAIN X CORP srl. are free of charge for personal and commercial use, with a validity limit of 21 days.

In addition to these General Terms, specific Terms of Service may apply, as accepted by the User for certain services or specific content. In case of any conflict between the General Terms and the Specific Terms, the latter shall prevail.

BRAIN X CORP srl. reserves the right to update and/or modify these General Terms and any applicable Specific Terms, notifying users and, where necessary, requesting their acceptance.

Requirements for Using the Services

To use the Services, users must independently provide:

Their own devices capable of accessing the Internet (e.g., PC, tablets, smartphones, smart TVs, etc.).
Suitable electrical and telecommunication connections (including data traffic) whose costs are entirely borne by the user based on the tariffs applied by their providers.
The ability to independently perform any software or system updates required for certain Services.

Registration on the Portal and subscription to Services are reserved for adults. Navigation of the Website by minors is advised to be done under parental supervision.

Features of the Services

Subscriptions to Services available to users are briefly described on the Offers Page, based on the commercial proposals of the Agency, which may be subject to changes or modifications over time according to editorial guidelines.

Currently, the EVENTI.NEWS homepage and the homepages of the channels and sections of the Website, in both web and mobile versions, are freely accessible to all users, even those not registered on the Portal. Viewing individual EVENTI.NEWS articles is also free.

To register on the Portal, users must create an account on Eventi.news by following the instructions provided on the Website. With this account, registered users can access the Website from all devices (PC, tablet, and smartphone—iOS and Android) and select their subscription.

Selected Newsletters will be sent to registered users via the email address provided during registration. They will contain short news, data, and information on topics of potential interest (e.g., current events, politics, culture, science and technology, sports, etc.). The Newsletter service is freely accessible except for paid Newsletters or those reserved for subscribers. If receiving one or more Newsletters requires payment, the User will need to complete the payment form. At any time, the user may opt-out of receiving Newsletters by following the instructions in each Newsletter or accessing the relevant platform section. Free Newsletters may cease or change at any time, depending on editorial and commercial decisions.

Data traffic incurred while using the Services on any device is entirely the responsibility of the user (even if registered or subscribed), according to their tariff plans and chosen operators.

Informational products for professional users (e.g., publishers, companies, public administrations, or associations) requiring access for editorial or professional purposes are expressly excluded from the Services accessible through the Eventi.news Portal.

Service Modifications

BRAIN X CORP srl. reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify Services (e.g., content, frequency, and/or pricing) and the related General and/or Specific Terms. Should this lead to a significant deterioration in service conditions, BRAIN X CORP srl. will notify the user, who may withdraw within 14 days of the notification, opting for a refund or, where possible, continuing the subscription until the next expiration.

The new General and/or Specific Terms will become effective immediately for all users upon publication on the Portal.

Intellectual Property Rights of BRAIN X CORP srl. and Service Usage

The Agency, BRAIN X CORP srl., owns the Eventi.news Portal and its informational content, granting users access solely for personal consultation and informational purposes, within the limits of the selected subscription type. Portal pages are subject to EVENTI.NEWS copyright and are reserved for reproduction.

All informational content (e.g., articles, photos, videos, podcasts) is owned or controlled by BRAIN X CORP srl., and users may use it exclusively for personal use, without any other purposes (e.g., collective consultation, systematic archiving, or commercial use). Individual content may only be saved for personal documentation purposes. The only form of sharing allowed is via social media plugins available on the BRAIN X CORP srl. website and apps.

Users may not download content from the Website or apps to manually upload it to social media or share it via other means (email, file-sharing platforms, etc.). Instead, they must link back to the original Website.

Registration is personal; therefore, users must not share access credentials with others. Users assume all responsibility for unauthorized use of the Services or individual content, indemnifying BRAIN X CORP srl. from third-party claims.

Violation of these rules by the user may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the subscription without prior warning or refund, without prejudice to any additional rights or actions by the Agency.

User Commitments and Responsibilities for Service Use

Using the Services implies full acceptance of the General and/or Specific Terms of Service. Users declare and guarantee:

They are consumers under Article 3 of the Consumer Code.
They are adults.
The data provided for the Contract execution are correct, truthful, and within their availability.
They will update data provided to BRAIN X CORP srl. whenever necessary.

Users are authorized to use the Services exclusively for personal purposes, not collectively or for profit or commercial purposes, and are fully responsible for unauthorized use, including but not limited to sharing content via email or file-sharing sites or creating press reviews.

Users acknowledge they have no rights over subscription content beyond consultation rights. Texts, videos, photos, audio, trademarks, logos, and all intellectual or graphic creations on the Website are owned or controlled by BRAIN X CORP srl. and may not be used or transferred to third parties without explicit authorization.

BRAIN X CORP srl. does not verify users' age or legal capacity to act; therefore, the Agency is not liable for minors navigating the Website or activating paid Services, which minors are advised not to subscribe to.

For data provided during registration, users assume full responsibility and are presumed to have full availability, including for phone numbers and payment data.

Responsibilities of BRAIN X CORP srl.

BRAIN X CORP srl. ensures the compliance of Services under the subscribed formula with the specifications described on the Offers Page and makes every reasonable effort to ensure optimal user experience.

BRAIN X CORP srl. shall not be held liable for malfunctions or service disruptions caused by force majeure, chance events, or factors beyond its control (e.g., power or network failures, strikes, epidemics, etc.). Only BRAIN X CORP srl. systems will be referred to for any service functionality checks.

Scheduled technical interventions may temporarily suspend the Services, with prior notification. Such suspensions do not grant users any rights.

Unscheduled interruptions caused by BRAIN X CORP srl. for significant periods (not less than one day) may result in liability limited to amounts paid by the user for the suspension period or, alternatively, service extensions.

Personal Data

All information regarding the processing of users' personal data is contained in the privacy policy and cookie policy available on the Portal.

Complaints, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction

BRAIN X CORP srl. invites users to use the contact information above to resolve any service-related disputes amicably.

Users can also use the ODR platform, established by Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, to submit complaints electronically in any EU language.

Contractual relationships between BRAIN X CORP srl. and users are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the competent court will be the user's place of residence or domicile if located in Italy.
